After nearly two decades in banking and insurance, I made the leap to the work I’ve always been passionate about: sports photography.

 

I specialize in capturing athletes at every level, in powerful, high-impact portraits that tell the story of everything they’ve given to their sport. I believe every athlete deserves to be photographed professionally. Not just the stars, but the rising talents and the ones who show up every day out of pure love for the game.

 

Basketball holds a special place in my work. I serve as the official Media Day photographer for the Dutch Basketball Federation, creating the portraits and team imagery that represent the national program. It’s the kind of work I love most, where preparation, identity, and the energy of a sport come together in a single frame.

 

Beyond basketball, I’ve worked with brands including Bar-le-Duc, Unibet, and 3X3 Unites, and covered events such as the FIBA 3×3 World Tour, Roland Garros, and the ABN AMRO Open tennis tournament, where I photographed world-class athletes including Carlos Alcaraz.
